Straight answers for law-firm owners evaluating AI visibility work.
You should not have to buy a black box. These are the questions we think a sophisticated buyer should ask any provider—including us.
What is AI client acquisition for a law firm?
It is the process of improving the path from a potential client’s AI question to your firm being understood, considered, recommended and contacted. AI visibility is the mechanism; qualified client opportunity is the commercial goal.
What is GEO for a law firm?
GEO, or Generative Engine Optimization, is the work of improving how generative AI systems understand, verify and use information about your firm when they construct answers.
How is GEO different from SEO?
SEO focuses heavily on rankings, pages and clicks. GEO also asks whether AI can identify the firm as a relevant answer, support that recommendation with evidence and connect the user to a next step. Strong SEO can still support GEO.
Why is a keyword list not enough?
Potential clients describe situations: what happened, where they are, how urgent it is, language needs, concerns and goals. A benchmark built only from keywords misses that decision context.
How do you decide which prompts to measure?
We start with the matters you want more of, the markets you serve, common client constraints and named competitors. The benchmark is agreed before implementation and then frozen/versioned for later comparison.
Do you use real prompts or synthetic prompts?
We may use 360AI-generated scenario prompts based on the firm’s real target matters and buyer logic. We do not claim access to private ChatGPT user queries unless a legitimate external data source explicitly provides such information.
Which AI platforms do you monitor?
The exact set can evolve with the market, but the program is designed to test major consumer-facing AI answer engines relevant to the client’s benchmark. The platform and model/date conditions should be recorded as part of the protocol.
Do you use third-party visibility tools?
They can be useful as supplemental reference. They do not define our primary benchmark because a vendor’s generic prompt set may not represent the client situations that matter to your firm.
Can our team verify the result?
Yes. The benchmark prompts and protocol are transparent. Your team can re-run the same questions in the same AI platforms and compare what it sees.
Why run important prompts more than once?
Generative AI output can vary. Repeated runs, where practical, help distinguish a persistent signal from a lucky or unlucky single answer.
Can you guarantee that ChatGPT ranks us #1?
No. We do not guarantee a #1 position in any AI system, a specific number of leads, signed cases or revenue.
What exactly is guaranteed?
If the agreed AI recommendation benchmark does not improve during the 90-day program, we continue the agreed optimization work for up to 60 additional days at no additional service fee, subject to the program conditions and the client providing required access, approvals and implementation cooperation.
How long before results can be measured?
The program re-tests at 30, 60 and 90 days. Some changes may appear sooner, but the purpose of the cadence is to avoid treating a single answer as proof.
What if nothing moves?
Then the benchmark should show that clearly. The advantage of freezing the benchmark is that “no movement” is visible too. It becomes evidence for the next prioritization decision rather than a subjective claim.
Do we need to replace our SEO agency?
Usually not. 360AILegal can work alongside an existing SEO, web or marketing partner. The scope is specifically AI client acquisition, scenario benchmarking and the changes needed to improve recommendation readiness.
What does the law firm need to provide?
Access and approvals, attorney bios, practice information, permitted case examples, priority matters/markets, competitor context and timely review of implementation work.
Can our firm do this ourselves?
Yes. We intentionally publish the method so a law firm can execute it without hiring us. The DIY path requires disciplined scenario design, benchmarking, content/entity work, authority and expert-content development, and ongoing re-testing.
Does this include AI receptionist or legal-work automation?
No. The v1 service is focused on discovery, recommendation visibility, client acquisition and agent readiness—not legal research, contract review, case management, billing or receptionist automation.
What is the difference between the free check and the $199 baseline?
The free check uses your website and public profiles for a quick presence scan. The $199 baseline begins with a structured intake, builds 10–15 customized client scenarios, creates a transparent benchmark prompt set, tests relevant AI platforms and compares your firm with named competitors.
How much does it cost?
The Free AI Visibility Check is $0. The Custom AI Visibility Baseline is $199. The core 90-Day AI Client Acquisition Program is $4,900. Ongoing AI Visibility Growth is $1,200 per month after the 90-day program.

Start with a free public-data check. If you want a customized scenario benchmark built around the matters you want more of, the $199 baseline is the next step.
